There are two weekends of Big 12 Softball left before the Big 12 Tournament that ends the regular season. Here is the current standings in the Big 12:

Even though the Knghts are ranked 5th in conference right now, I really think they are the 4th best team.
Looking at the stats that OUBeliever provided above, they may be 6th in runs scored/game but they are 4th in runs allowed/game, and I think teams may tend to forget about their pitching staff.
Sarah Willis at 8-6 (2.56 era) and Kaitlyn Felton at 10-3 (2.50 era) are very good pitchers, and can win games without their offense providing a large amount of runs like some of the offense minded team in conference (BYU, Houston, etc)
Their coach Cindy Ball-Malone also runs a team pretty good at defense with only 24 errors on season for .980.
I'm sure they will have our full attention when we take the field in Orlando.
