Thoughts on Kenny Gajewski's comments about coaches salaries, facilities and NIL?

I think KG has resigned himself to osu not building the softball stadium in the renderings released last year. I also wouldn’t be surprised to see him move to the SEC at the first chance he gets. Or maybe the B1G. I don’t see the Big 12 prospering without OU/texas even AZ arriving.

I think KG is maybe short-sighted on his comments. Not building the stadium will cost them recruits. Can he pay the whole team $25k each? Will another school with better facilities also offer that amount?

If you put most of the money into a stadium, in 10 years you still have the stadium. If you put it into the players, what do you have in 10 years? Maybe a couple of conference championships in a decimated conference? And a crappy stadium (relatively).
