The Oklahoma Sooner Baseball Team picked up a walk-off win in the 3rd game of the series with Kansas State on Sunday to sweep the Big 12 series. The walk-off hit was supplied by Scott Mulder as he singled with two outs after Anthony Mackenzie had doubled with 1 out in the final inning. The single drove in Mackenzie for the win 8-7 for Oklahoma.

Rocco Garza-Gongora then hit a ball to second base that the K-State fielder could not handle as Spikerman scored from second base on the play and RGG reached first safely. That put Oklahoma back in the lead at 8-7 with one inning to play.

The next hitter, Ingram, found a pitch however and hit a solo HR to tie the score at 8-8. James Hitt was called on out of the bullpen and he recorded an out on a popup. I want to apologize to Scott Mudler. I seemed to have been lost in the X-Files as I have typed and referred to as Mulder by mistake which is just wrong. I will get it right from now on.
