Week 8 NQS scores

Post by AustinTXSooner »

Finally, I have the NQS for all of the other schools as well. We've taken over the top spot in vault, but are now second in floor. We have meets left with #7 Michigan (197.510), #9 Alabama (197.425), and on the road with #12 Arkansas (197.190). We also have a quad meet left with #27 Clemson, #48 Penn, and #54 TWU

Big 12 Standings
RankNQSTeam
1198.270Oklahoma
11197.270Denver
27196.290BYU
32196.075Iowa St
51194.925West Virginia
This seems to be a down year for the Big 12, except for one school.

All the rest are national.

Team All-Around
RankNQSTeam
1198.270Oklahoma
2197.845LSU
3197.810California
4197.645Utah
5197.600Florida
Team Vault
RankNQSTeam
149.455Oklahoma
249.445LSU
349.405Kentucky
449.355UCLA
449.355Florida
449.355Michigan St
449.355California
As poorly (compared to our other events) as we've done on Vault this year, apparently so has everyone else. We're still carrying the 49.350 score we put up in the first meet. We only have two scores at or above a 49.500. We need to start sticking our landings.

Team Bars
RankNQSTeam
149.620Oklahoma
249.530Alabama
349.495California
449.440Denver
549.435LSU
We've been killing it on Bars. Increasing our score will be difficult. The lowest score we're carrying is a 49.550. But for a home meet, we have to beat 49.600 to improve our score. We have Michigan and Alabama left at home.

Team Beam
RankNQSTeam
149.615Oklahoma
249.475Utah
349.460California
449.435LSU
549.425Florida
We are also killing it on Beam. Out of 48 routines, we've only fallen once. And she's come back to score two 10s. The lowest score we're carrying is a 49.525 (two of them).

Team Floor
RankNQSTeam
149.635LSU
249.625Oklahoma
349.575Michigan
349.575Kentucky
549.555UCLA
549.555California
Floor is consistently getting the highest scores in the country..for every team. The lowest score we're carrying is a 49.550. For home meets, we need to beat a 49.575.

Individuals now

All Around
RankNQSGymnast
239.715Jordan Bowers
939.625Faith Torrez
1039.610Kat LeVasseur
1139.580Audrey Davis
Four of the top eleven gymnasts? I'll take that. #1 is Haleigh Bryant from LSU at 39.730

Vault
RankNQSGymnast
89.905Kat LeVasseur
119.900Jordan Bowers
189.885Faith Torrez
259.880Hannah Scheible
259.880Keira Wells
869.835Audrey Davis
Vault scores have always seemed a little "harsh". But this year seems even harder.

Bars
RankNQSGymnast
19.970Jordan Bowers
29.955Audrey Davis
89.920Ragan Smith
299.890Kat LeVasseur
339.885Faith Torrez
469.875Danielle Sievers
Jordan Bowers needs a 10.0 at home meets to raise her score. She's carrying one road score of 9.95.

Beam
RankNQSGymnast
19.970Ragan Smith
29.960Faith Torrez
119.915Jordan Bowers
159.910Kat LeVasseur
179.905Audrey Davis
589.855Keira Wells
We should be hard to beat on beam. I would argue that Audrey Davis has gotten some "lower" scores because she leads off.

Floor

89.940Faith Torrez
229.915Kat LeVasseur
289.910Audrey Davis
419.900Ragan Smith
A 9.900 only gets you #41? In Vault it gets you #11, Bars #22, Beam #19.
