Isn't it past your bed-time? 3AM comes fast.

Health is getting better, btw. Quit smoking (mostly) after 3 packs a day for 45 years. Also dropped 30 pounds. Started the diet when I had to eat hospital food. 260 to 230. My natural weight is about 215 so all I have is 15 or more, all in the gut. lol

BTW, thanks for sending me the picture of you and Walt. You both are skinny birds. Gives me hope I can join the skinny-bird club.
