What was most impressive was the Sooners got hit in the mouth several times today but kept getting up and hitting back. Several mistakes were made that would have gotten them beat in the past but they put the mistakes behind them and found a way to get it done.
There is still plenty of room for this group to improve. Special teams, I’m looking at you.

The consensus opinion after the Texas win over Bama was they were two years ahead of us in being prepared for SEC play. Well, today's game shows that time travel is a reality when you have Coaching, Culture and Talent. We still have a ways to go to be a National Championship caliber team but we are certainly progressing faster than I or most anyone else thought was possible. Games like today make you look to the future with hope and optimism.
