I can almost guarantee that most of the fans here on SoonerTimes who participate in the various prediction contests want to be the winner every week. However for the Pick the Score contest, I think most of us would be delighted if Triple Option won every week! Whether you want to call him consistent, overly optimistic or whatever, it is nice to know that you can count on some things in life. I know that the Pick the Score contest would be missing something if TO didn't enter his 77-0 selection. Congratulations TO, and I really do hope you win again and again.
This week as the Sooners face a more difficult opponent in SMU, it will take even more improvement from last week's effort for the Sooners to make TO another winner. SMU, soon to be in the ACC, won handily last week against La Tech, looking pretty good on both offense and defense. But as we know, the Sooners looked pretty decent last week as well,
Although the Sooners are only favored by about 16.5, the last that I saw, I think that they will continue to roll on against a good SMU team. I say that the Sooners will cover, but they won't get a shutout this week.
