It's SPIRITUAL!
The Dodgers bowing before the gods of PRIDE, and inviting the "Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence" to be honored at a MLB game.
You probably won't even hear about it from the national media, but the grass roots of the Traditional (Tridentine, Latin Mass) Catholic Church showed up to protest, blocking the entrance to Dodger stadium.
The majority of the protestors were hispanic men!
The stadium was almost empty.
The supporters and advocates for PRIDE were humiliated.
The LA Dodgers of Walter O Malley and Vin Scully were metaphorically avenged.
The LA Dodgers (& MLB) LOST! Big time.
LOST a big part of their fan base.
LOST the game to their in-State rivals the San Francisco Giants.
LOST a huge PR battle.
CHRISTIANITY WON!!!
