I must say, in the post above, the batting stance of Sophia Nugent looks very impressive. As an OU fan, we are lucky to have many impressive athletes on our team. Some are long and slender and very strong like Hansen and Jennings. Others are simply great athletes with great quickness and speed like J Coleman and Boone. We have Alo who has a very solid build with great power.

But in Nugent, OU has a long, powerfully built, strong player. Is she perhaps the next HR slugger for OU? We now have Alo, Hansen and Jennings. I expect another player to show up this season to join them, like maybe Lyons, Johns or J Coleman. In 2023, as Alo moves on in 2023, I expect Nugent will join them as a big HR hitter. I think we will see some of her power in 2022 in a limited role, but her power will likely be on display in 2023.
