Denver won the regional they hosted (home floor helps), but Michigan (#3 NQS and only team to defeat OU in 2023) and LSU tied for second. LSU won on the tiebreaker - The tiebreaker was total score from all 6 gymnasts on each event (not just the 5 scores that counted) and Michigan had a fall (bars) and LSU had “hits” on all their events.
