In each of the first 3 innings, Maxwell has allowed the leadoff hitter to reach base. In innings 1 and 2 it didn't cost us, but it cost us a run in the 3rd inning. As mentioned upthread, Maxwell doesn't appear to have her best stuff tonight.

We be up 2-1, going into bottom of 3rd inning. Chris Plank seems to think we're getting jobbed by the ump, on the pitching by Wiscy. Jayda flies out, for first out. Now 2 outs. Brito at plate. She pops out. Top of 4th inning, our pitching and defense is still off somewhat. Wisconsin has tied us up at 2. Maxwell seems wild. On to bottom of the 4th. IMO we are shortselling Wisconsin, since they have lost their last 5 games.
