This is clearly an important meet for OU, as we play in it every year. I’m glad we do, especially since this is a regular host for the national championship - great to have experience in a venue (and on their podium) that will host the championships.
BUT…. It is inexcusable in this day and age for an event like this to NOT have tv coverage in some fashion available. OU should use its platform and partnership with ESPN to get this meet covered in some fashion. I realize that covering gymnastics requires several cameras, behind the scenes production equipment and personnel and announcers. But someone needs to step up and make that happen.

We should never get in this event again. No results, no tv. Dumb as dirt to be there. If we want to build the sort, which we should, then 2nd class is no way to go.

The original statcast link provided by SoonerSports was not working at all -eventually, the X feed provided a new link with a completely different web site that works and the OU X feed did a good job of posting all scores.
Excellent 198.3 by the ladies - another great road score for ranking purposes. Highlight was Ragan scoring a 10 on beam.
No video highlights posted last night - haven’t checked yet this morning. I hope they at least release a video of Ragan’s beam performance.
