The Oklahoma Sooners announced a new coach for the Men's and Women's Track & Field and Cross Country teams on Wednesday of this week. The new coach is James Thomas. He comes from Georgia where he was an assistant coach for the Bulldogs.

Four of the five Sooners competing in Boston recorded personal bests in their races on Saturday.

Here is the Sooner staff writers article about the meet.

When you are running personal bests times, the effort is certainly being expended by the Sooners.
