During half time of the dismal day in Kansas, we scored a very bright star - a recent Michigan State de-commit - 2024 4* S - Reggie Powers III, 6' 1 , 200 lbs. from Centerville HS, Dayton, OH. He is ranked 154 Nationally and had a total of 32 offers.
Same song, 30th verse. Can't compete in the SEC if we don't start getting elite linemen.

I don't follow recruiting that much, but all I have seen were comments on David and William. Joseph, not so much. Makes me think they knew he was Georgia's early on and they focused on better chances.

I agree completely. OUr QB room is much stronger now and in the foreeseeable future than it has been in a long time. I know they were trying to flood the room with experience, but apparently those players never got past the playbook performance...
Bit confused, it shows his 22 HS as senior year yet he says 24 class?

Apparently he signed a NLI in Feb. 2022, to play with Duke, but no indication that he ever enrolled. He must have gotten a release from Duke or a waiver from the NCAA or both since he didn't arrive via the portal
