Has the Texas coach stuck his foot in his mouth yet?

Re: I've been thinking it but haven't said it yet.....

The move to Love's Field, especially in the middle of our record hitting streak, and the fact we couldn't practice, dress nor shower at Love's, combined with the fact that our hitting was anemic(for us) already, was too much to deal with, and we caved in. So glad we now appear to be on the rebound!...

Re: Help me get this straight

If it's like basketball, there is a trophy given to the regular season champion and a trophy given to the tournament champion.

Re: The Elephant in the Room

I completely agree that our fans are spoiled. But I think most of the comments in this thread have attempted to apply some logic to the situation. I haven't seen anything here like the post I saw on Facebook that said Patty needed to learn how to coach.

The Elephant in the Room

I'm not a softball expert by any means but here is my theory: Obviously, Jordy leaving left us in a huge bind as far as pitching goes.  I know you recruit pitchers every year just like you should recruit quarterbacks every year.  But when you have a pitcher like Jordy on your staff, it's only logica...

I have noticed this same thing is other sports. It's certainly not all Seniors but it's true for some.

Re: Introducing Raegan Beers - Oregon State Transfer to the Sooners!

She was a consistent near double/double average both as a freshman and a sophomore. I did see Oregon state had 7-8 players enter the portal this spring - coaching change, maybe? Thanks! I didn't realize that OR ST was ever an attractive program for women's basketball. Did she consider transferring ...

If we were 23 - 4 and UT was 22- 4 it wouldn't be a tie, would it?

Skyar and Naveah will both be back. The only Sooners in the portal were Kayla Cooper and Kelbie Washington.

She had a choice between OU and UConn and chose OU!

Re: OU Softball Hosts BYU at Love's Field: Thu, Fri, Sat in 3 games

I didn't get to start watching until the end of the 4th inning and I turned it off in the top of the 7th. We might come back to win this game but we don't deserve to win this game. We have younger players who need to step up and veteran players who aren't playing like veterans. I'm no expert, but if...

According to the announcers, it's not obstruction of the throw to the plate leads the catcher to obstruct the plate.

I'm far from an expert in softball but Texas' outfield outplayed ours tonight.
