Troubleshooting Tips
This is for troubleshooting tips for signing on the board. Since the Pick'em Contest works from the Board database, your password is verified and picked up from the board.  There are not two passwords - the password you have on the board is the one used on the Pick'em Contest.

• First, try refreshing your browser. 
• Next, try quitting your browser and restarting it. 
• Next trying rebooting your browser.

Troubleshooting Tips for Firefox
If you have stored your password for the board and use Firefox browser, you can easily check to see what that password is to make sure that you are using the same password for both board & Pick'em.

Open your Firefox browser and click on <Tools>, then select <Options> from the drop down menu.  Then select <Security> at the top of the window and in the middle of the Security window, select <Saved Passwords>

Here you can scroll down to <http://soonertimesbb.com>, where to the right will be your UserID and then to the right of that is the password.  You may need to click  <View Passwords> on the lower right to see them.

Check to make sure this is the same password you are using to sign in to either the board or the Pick'em Contest.  You can always copy and paste this into the password box on the contest to make sure it is the same password.

Troubleshooting Tips for IE (Internet Explorer)
If you have stored your passwords on IE, you can not view the stored passwords without a program to view them.

Download this program (for IE 6 & 7) click here, and run the exe. file after you have unzipped the package.  This will open a window (when IE is open) that will show the passwords for your IE. 

Check to make sure your http://soonertimesbb.com password is the same as the password you are entering for Pick'em Board.

Resetting your password
If all else fails, you can reset your password.  Do this by going to the Login  window

Click on <Forgot your username or password?> and this will reset your password.  What this does is take you to a special page that asks you to enter a new password (which could be your old one), and then will reset the database to your new password.
