How to Embed Video
The board format is a little hinky about videos, but this is a sure-fire method.

It's not that hard, but do follow the instructions exactly.

Let me know if there's a problem.

Go to the Video Website
....or YouTube or Vimeo or where ever the site is coming from, and right click on the video.  You'll get a drop down list and from that pic <copy embed html> or something like that - could be copy embed code...make sure it's the embed code/html you copy

Paste code into message window, but...
...you are only going to copy part of this code...it's the part that has the URL in it but not anything more (see below)

Click the "F" Flash symbol....
...and a window will pop up and in that line put the URL you've just copied (do not put in http:// twice - just once.  Click OK and you will see a box or maybe even video picture. 

Clean up
Make sure you have erased the rest of the code that you originally copied into the message box, and click "Reply" or "Send" and you can see your video in your new message.
